Lake Erie Protection & Restoration Plan 2016

The Lake Erie Protection & Restoration Plan 2016 (LEPR 2016) outlines actions the Ohio Lake Erie Commission and its member agencies will take toward protection and restoration of Lake Erie and its watershed. It also serves as a reference guide for applicants to the Lake Erie Protection Fund. Projects funded by the LEPF must address a Priority Area listed in the LEPR 2016. More.

Lake Erie Lakewide Action and Management Plan

The Ohio Lake Erie Commission will be participating in the Lake Erie Lakewide Action and Management Planning process with USEPA and many other Lake Erie Stakeholders. This activity, pursuant to Annex 2 of the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement (2012), is getting underway in the Fall of 2017.

A series of Lake Erie Lakewide Management Plans (LaMPs) was written under the previous GLWQA. This activity was coordinated through Ohio EPA's Lake Erie Program.
