The Ohio Lake Erie Commission and Ohio EPA are accepting comments through April 4 for the proposed removal of a beneficial use impairment regarding restrictions on navigational dredging activities within the Black River Area of Concern.
The Ohio Lake Erie Commission will hold its quarterly meeting on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at 10 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Aquatic Visitors Center (AVC), 360 W. Shore Blvd, Put-In-Bay. Limited parking is available at the meeting location. Ferry service and taxi service will be necessary to attend the meeting.
